    The Landmark Rewards membership is valid for a lifetime.

    What are the details required for the Landmark Rewards Membership?

    The mandatory details that are required for enrolment into the program are your full name and mobile number. You can also provide your email address, residential address with pin-code and date of birth to avail all the program benefits.

    How can I update my Mobile number?

    There are 2 tiers in the Landmark Rewards Program. Refer to the below mentioned table on the criteria for attaining the respective tiers.

    Will I always get points for all my transactions at the Landmark Group stores?

    Points are awarded for shopping, except in the following scenarios:

    a.    Purchase of discounted or marked down merchandise from Lifestyle, Home Center, Max Fashion, Splash & Melange.

    b.    Special offers, promotions or items excluded by the management from time to time at its sole discretion.

    c.    Non-tradable items such as carry bags, contribution to charity, etc.

    d.    Alcohol & Tobacco products, Baby Food items and Electronic items purchased from SPAR.

    e.    Purchase of Gift Vouchers/cards or issue of a credit note

    f.     For newly enrolled customers, until they have an initial cumulative spends of Rs.1000 across the Landmark Group.

    Will I get points if I exchange my product at the store?

    During your purchase if any points were issued, then while exchanging, the same will be reversed on issuance of the credit note. Once you make a new purchase with the credit note, points will be issued as per the new purchase.

    How frequently do the points get updated in my account?

    The points get updated within 72 hours of completing your purchase. However, for online shopping at LifestyleStores.com and MaxFashion.com the points will be credited after 21 days from the date of shopping.

    What is the validity of the points?

    Landmark Rewards points are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of accrual.

    How can I check my current point balance?

    Members can check their current point balance in any of the following ways:
    1. SMS LANDMARK to 56767, from your registered mobile number
    2. Login to the website www.landmarkrewards.in

    How can I spend my Landmark Rewards points?

    As a member, once you accumulate a minimum of 166 points, you can visit any of the Landmark group stores  and spend your points during billing.

    About Landmark Rewards 
     

    1.    Landmark Rewards Program is a rewards and benefits program of the Landmark Group in India aimed at providing loyalty benefits to all customers.

    2.    Subject to certain restrictions on earning and spending loyalty points at certain stores as mentioned herein, Landmark Rewards Program covers all the participating stores and brands of the Landmark Group in India which includes Lifestyle, Max Fashion, Home Centre, Melange, Krispy Kreme, Splash, Spar & Fun City.

    3.    The Landmark Group may, at its sole discretion and without any prior intimation, either add or discontinue any brands/stores from the Landmark Rewards Program from time to time.


    Enrolment into Landmark Rewards Program

    4.    The Landmark Rewards membership is voluntary, valid for a lifetime and is non transferable.

    5.    Any individual who has attained the age of 18 years, has a valid and active Indian mobile number and is shopping at any of the participating stores of the Landmark Group are eligible to apply for membership. Presently, no enrolment fee is applicable for becoming a member of the Landmark Rewards Program. There is no minimum shopping limit for becoming a member. However, once members enrol they need to cumulatively shop for a minimum of Rs 1000 across the Landmark group formats in India, to be eligible to earn Landmark Rewards points.

    6.    As a pre-condition to becoming a member, a customer will be required to provide mandatory information including Full name, valid & active Indian mobile number, fill-up and sign prescribed forms and adhere to such terms and conditions as may be prescribed for membership from time to time. The Landmark Rewards membership will be issued solely at the discretion of the management and the final discretion on all matters relating to the membership shall rest with the group companies of the Landmark Group.

    Earning loyalty points

    7.    The mobile number of the members is the primary identification for earning loyalty point upon purchase. Members need to quote their registered mobile number at the participating stores during billing to earn loyalty points. Member's signature is subject to verification at the time of purchase or redemption.

    8.    The number of loyalty points earned by a member is based on the tier category into which he/she falls into. A customer will be classified as a gold or platinum member based on the spends by the member mentioned against the tier below and terms and conditions mentioned herein:

    All newly enrolled members will be categorised under gold category upon enrolment.

    After enrolment, the member will be upgraded to platinum category if during the period of 12 months after enrolment the member spends (invoice amount less taxes and statutory levies) falls within the threshold of platinum tier category as mentioned in the table above.

    If during the period of 12 months after enrolment or after last upgrade, a member does not make requisite spends (invoice amount less taxes and statutory levies) required for him/her to maintain the existing tier category, the member will be moved to the gold tier.

    9.    For every spends (invoice amount less taxes and statutory levies) of Rs 200/-, loyalty points will be awarded to a member as per the below table for shopping with the respective brands based on the tier category to which the customer belongs:

    10.  Loyalty points will be earned on the purchase value excluding taxes and statutory levies.

    11.  The credit of loyalty points against purchases made at Landmark Group Stores will take at least 3 days to reflect in the member's account. For online purchases made at LifestyleStores.com and MaxFashion.com, the credit of Loyalty Points will take place after 21 days of the purchase. The group companies of the Landmark Group shall not be responsible for any delay in having the loyalty points credited into the member's account.

    12.  The loyalty points earned would be valid for 12 months from the date of credit of points. If not spent within 12 months from the date of credit of points, such loyalty points will automatically lapse and will not be re-credited in any event.

    13.  The Landmark Rewards program benefits cannot be clubbed with any other offer or discount whatsoever. The loyalty points will not, inter alia, be awarded or earned in the following cases:

    1. Discounted or Marked down Merchandise purchased from Lifestyle, Home center, Max Fashion, Splash & Melange.
    2. Points will not be awarded for Modular Furniture purchased from Home Centre.
    3. Special offers, promotions or items excluded by the management from time to time at its sole discretion.
    4. Non-tradable items such as carry bags, contribution to charity, etc.
    5. Alcohol & Tobacco products, Baby Food items and Electronic items purchased from SPAR.
    6. Purchase of Gift Vouchers/cards or issue of a credit note
    7. For newly enrolled customers, until they have an initial cumulative spends of Rs.1000 across the Landmark Group.

     

    14.  The group companies of the Landmark Group reserve the right to refuse to award loyalty points for any breach or non-compliance of these terms and conditions or failure to pay for the purchases.

    Spending loyalty points

    15.  The loyalty points earned by a member can be spent towards purchase of products in any of the participating stores of the Landmark Group subject to the terms and conditions mentioned herein. Landmark Rewards loyalty points cannot be spent for cash. Presently, loyalty points can be spent real time at the cash counter only at Lifestyle, Home Centre, Max, Splash, Melange, Krispy Kreme, Fun City, and SPAR stores.

    16.  The member should have accumulated a minimum of 166 points for spending. The value of 1 point is Rs. 0.60. A member will be required to spend a minimum of 166 points (Rs. 100) during any transaction. Once the transaction is completed, the loyalty points in a member's account will be reduced to the extent of the Points spent. If there is any shortfall in payment under an invoice after spending the loyalty points, the member shall pay such amounts separately.

    17.  Landmark Rewards Program and its benefits are available only to the enrolled members. For spending the loyalty points in any of the participating stores/brands of the group companies of Landmark Group other than SPAR, a member will need to be personally present at the store and request for generation of a One Time Password (OTP) for each spending.  Upon such request, an OTP will be sent to the member's registered mobile number as available in the records and the member will be required to provide the OTP so generated for validating such spending, failing which spending of points may be refused. Also the member is requested to carry a valid Govt. ID proof for further validation where required.

    18.  The member shall be responsible for providing and updating his/her mobile number at the time of enrolment and subsequently. For validating spending through OTP process, the group companies of Landmark Group rely solely on the mobile number provided by the member from time to time and registered in its records, and shall not be liable for any consequences due to incorrect mobile number being provided or failure on the part of the member to forthwith update any change in his/her mobile number.

    19.  One or more group Companies of Landmark Group may at any time and without prior notice, temporarily or permanently withdraw the OTP process for validating spending of loyalty points. In such cases, members will need to be personally present at the store and mandatorily provide their valid Government photo ID for validating spending, failing which spending of points can be refused.

    20.  Loyalty Points once spent against a purchase can in no event be re-credited or reversed.

    21.  No cash refund will be entertained for purchases made by spending the loyalty points in the case of purchase returns.

    22.  The group companies of Landmark Group reserve the right to refuse spending of loyalty points for any breach or non-compliance of these terms and conditions or failure to pay for the purchases.

    Other terms and conditions

    23.  In case of The Inner Circle membership cards already issued, a cardholder shall be solely responsible for loss of the membership card and such loss should be intimated to any of the group companies of Landmark Group immediately. If cards are lost or stolen or damaged, a new card will not be issued in replacement of the lost card. The mobile number will be treated as the membership number.

    24.  In case 'The Inner Circle'/Landmark Rewards Membership Card is lost or misused, the group companies of Landmark Group shall not be responsible or liable for any misuse of such card.

    25.  If the gift voucher/gift card issued against spent loyalty points is lost, the group companies of Landmark Group will not be responsible or liable in any manner and no duplicate gift voucher/gift card will be issued in replacement of the lost voucher/card. Gift vouchers are issued in multiples of Rs.100 at participating stores of Landmark Group. All gift vouchers or gift cards shall be governed by the terms and conditions applicable to the gift vouchers and gift cards.

    26.  The Inner Circle/Landmark Rewards card is not a credit card or debit card or a discount card in any manner, for any purchase.

    27.  All account details, service details, special offers, updates and any other information and promotional communications would be sent through various modes of communication including SMS and email. By enrolling to the Landmark Rewards program, a member consents to receive the information and communication from the Landmark Group companies which includes Lifestyle, Max Fashion, Spar, Home Centre, Splash, Melange, Krispy Kreme, Fun City and Landmark Rewards as aforesaid. However the group companies of Landmark Group shall not be responsible in any manner for any lost, delayed, incorrect, misdirected or incomplete communication.

    28.  The members are requested to update any change in their registered mobile number, address and any other profile information from time to time on our website www.landmarkrewards.in or write to us at feedback@landmarkrewards.in or call the toll free number 1800-208-2444 to enable us to send communications to your correct contact details. Customers have to share their valid Govt. ID proof in order to get their mobile number updated in the Landmark Rewards membership account. By enrolling to the Landmark Rewards program, a member consents to use and disclosure by group companies of Landmark Group of his/her personal and other information as provided by member at the time of enrolment and/or subsequently. The member shall be responsible for providing accurate information, including name, address and mobile number, at the time of enrolment and subsequently. The group companies of Landmark Group rely solely on the information provided by the member from time to time and shall not be liable for any incorrect information or failure on the part of member to forthwith update any information or any consequences arising thereof.

    29.  If a member wishes to unsubscribe from the Landmark Rewards Program, he/she may SMS "LANDMARK UNSUB" to 56767 from their registered mobile number. After unsubscribing from the Program, a member will not be entitled to any benefits under the Landmark Rewards Program and will not receive any future communication.

    30.  The Landmark Rewards program is the property of group companies of the Landmark Group and such group companies will be the custodian of all information pertaining to Landmark Rewards program including the member details.

    31.  The group companies of Landmark Group reserve the right to withdraw any one or all of the memberships issued by them. The group companies of Landmark Group will have limited liability to the member, regardless of the cause, only to the extent of the loyalty points available in the credit of the member's account.

    32.  The group companies of Landmark Group reserve the right to change, cancel and modify any and all of the terms and conditions from time to time without assigning any reason or providing any intimation, including participating stores/brands, tier category and threshold values, reward structure relating to the Landmark Rewards program or discontinuation of the program itself at any point of time. None of the group companies of Landmark Group will be responsible, if any of the participating group company/s withdraw from the Landmark Rewards program.

    33.  In the event of a dispute between the member and the group company/s of the Landmark Group, with regard to or in relation to the Landmark Rewards program, the decision of the group company/s of Landmark Group shall be deemed as final and binding.

    34.  All the terms and conditions are subject to the Indian law and disputes, if any, will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Bangalore Courts.

    35.  By enrolling to the Landmark Rewards program, a customer consents to and agrees to be bound by all the terms and conditions mentioned herein or as modified or varied from time to time by the group companies of the Landmark Group.

     

  • mCoupons

    1. M-coupon is a discount coupon that a customer receives via SMS and/or email from one or more of the participating stores and brands of Landmark Group in India. The M-coupon is valid and can be redeemed only for the brand(s) or at the store(s) as specified therein.
    2. In order to redeem the M-coupon, a customer will be required to present at the time of billing the M-Coupon SMS/email containing a unique code, along with his/her mobile number/Landmark Rewards membership number.
    3. Unless otherwise specified in the offer, each M-Coupon can be redeemed only towards one purchase invoice and is non-transferable.
    4. Each M-coupon shall be valid for a certain period as specified therein. The validity of the M-coupon cannot be extended if not redeemed within the specified period.
    5. Once redeemed, the M-coupon can neither be re-issued nor reversed. No cash shall be refunded nor shall any credit note be issued in part or full against an M-coupon already redeemed.
    6. If subsequent to redemption of an M-coupon, a customer purchase is cancelled or if a customer returns the item(s) in the purchase, the discount value of the M-coupon used for such purchase will neither be refunded nor re-issued to such customer.
    7. If an M-coupon is redeemed towards a purchase invoice containing multiple items and one of those items is returned by a customer, the discount extended under the M-coupon on such returned item cannot be transferred or adjusted towards the remaining items in the purchase.
    8. Offers under an M-coupon cannot be used for purchase of gift voucher or gift card or e-gift voucher.
    9. The offer under an M-coupon cannot be clubbed with any other offer or discount. No loyalty points will be awarded for or earned on any purchases made by redeeming the offer under an M-coupon.
    10. An M-coupon cannot be redeemed towards purchase of jewellery and other items as may be excluded from time to time by participating stores and brands of Landmark Group in India.
    11. The group companies of Landmark Group will not be responsible or liable in any manner for any misuse/loss of M-coupon sent to the customer.
    12. The terms and conditions governing M-coupon as mentioned herein or elsewhere are final and binding on all customers.
    13. The Companies forming part of the Landmark Group reserve the right to change, cancel and modify any/all the terms and conditions of the M-coupon at any time without prior notice and without assigning any reason.
    14. The group companies of Landmark Group reserve the right to withdraw any one or all of the M-coupons issued by them without prior notice, without assigning any reason and without any liability.
    15. All the terms and conditions are subject to the Indian law and disputes, if any, will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Bangalore Courts.
  • My Family Account

    My Family Account —Terms & Conditions

    As Landmark Rewards members, one or more members can combine/ link their accounts to form a My Family account. The following terms and conditions apply to anyone who is part of the My Family account:

    - To become a part of the My family account, one has to already be enrolled for the Landmark Rewards programme and the Landmark Rewards T&C will apply for the same

    - In the My Family account, there can be one Primary member and multiple Add-on members in every account

    - Linking of the My Family account is done by putting a request for creating the family account to our Customer Care at 1800-208-2444

    - A linking request can be taken for only 2 members at a time and one of the members has to be a primary member at all times

    - Once a linking request is placed, a SMS will go to both the members to give a missed call to confirm their linking to the family account

    - Each linking request is valid for 48 hours from placing the request and the confirmation missed call should be given within this stipulated time. Else the request will expire and a fresh request will have to be placed with the Call Centre team

    - Once the linking is confirmed, the My Family account is formed for the members

    - As part of the My Family account, each member can shop using their own mobile number and points will get accumulated under Primary account

    - Redemption for the My Family account can be done only using the primary members mobile number. As the OTP (One time password) will go only to the primary member.

    - Once a member becomes a part of a My Family account, they can exit the My Family account only by unsubscribing to the Landmark Rewards programme or joining a new My Family account as a secondary member

    - When a member exits the My Family account, they will have to leave their past transactions and points history with the My Family account and start afresh

    - If a primary member, leave the My Family account then the add-on member who was the 1" to join the My Family account will become the Primary member of the same My Family account

    - On the website, members will see only their transaction history, profile details and be able to update only their password, even if they are part of the My Family account.

    - On the website, the Total Point balance and the Tier status that shows in the header will be based on their My Family account status
